Working with a top network consultant and
administrator, Ace's Project Development has developed
the Technical Ticketing
software. This software allows network users to post
request and troubleshooting tickets.
The assigned network
administrator, on the other end, receives a notification
e-mail (on their computer and/or mobile device) indicating that a new ticket has been posted,
with the ticket particulars. Once
logged into the Technical Ticketing Software, the network
administrator then has the ability to add their notes to the
ticket, assign it to someone else, and finally mark it as
complete.
These tickets can be searched by status, error
number, and key word for future reference. This
application is also to be used as a knowledgebase for the
network administrator in the event when similar tickets get
posted, the network administrator can simply perform a search
and read their previous notes on the matter.
Finally, the
Technical Ticketing software has a built-in Hardware
Manager, allowing the network administrator to track all of its
network components.
