bridge cranes, and carriers serving Canada, United States,
Mexico and Venezuela.
Ace's Project Development's customized software solution
assists the client in tracking their employees, customers,
suppliers and the supplies that they deal with, which were
broken into Categories & Sub-Categories. This software also
included an “International Settings” module, so when entering a
phone number, the software adjusts its input mask to suite that
country’s pre-set area code and subscriber number styles.
Municipal Governments:
Various of municipal government sectors have
used Ace's Project Development as their provider for custom software solution.
This includes creating and troubleshooting property taxation
software for two municipal governments. As well as having
developed a software for a Children's Aid Society that is used
to match children to potential foster parents, based on their
needs, age bracket, and space availability within the foster
home.
Marketing Software:
Ace's Project Development has worked with an Internet Service
Provider in order to increase their marketing productivity.
This ISP's marketing strategy was pulling out e-mail addresses
from a given web page and sending them an advertisement
–
their daily goal was to send out 50 emails. With Ace's
Project Development's custom solution, their productivity increased by 1600%!
Technical Ticketing:
Working with a top network consultant and
administrator, Ace's Project Development has also developed a Technical Ticketing
software. This software allows network users to post
request and troubleshooting tickets, whereas, the network
administrator receives these tickets. The network
administrator then has the ability to add their notes to the
ticket, assign it to someone else, and finally mark it as
complete. These tickets can also be searched by status, error
number, and key word for future reference. Finally, the
Technical Ticketing software has a built-in Hardware
Manager, allowing the network administrator to track all of its
network components.

Miscellaneous Solutions:
Other of Ace's Project Development's projects have included
creating small apps and templates for the Macedonian Orthodox
Church in assisting them with their administrative duties, such
as a registration software. As well we have troubleshot
and upgraded existing software packages for many clients.
