Upon acquiring the City Sightseeing Worldwide license for Toronto it was apparent there were few ready built software solutions available for management and controls. This resulted in consulting with multiple software development companies and ultimately choosing ACE’s Project Development in 2010. This was the start of a partnership that continues today.

ACE’s has created an internal system that manages key elements of our daily operations, financial transactions and ridership capacity. In addition, they have developed our front-end ticketing system which is accompanied by a rich back-end redemption system. On the IT side, ACE’s have supplied our offices with a multitude of hardware and software, that they install, monitor, and continue to maintain.

Mainly dealing with Aleksandar, we have found him to be very professional and always available. This is critical, especially during our busy season as we operate seven days a week, eighteen hours a day. His consideration and efforts to understand project needs has exceeded expectations. He continues to redefine his skills and develop knowledge to keep up with an ever-changing industry.
